MIGAS DE POLACA AO CREME GRATINADA

  • 400g de migas de polaca Golden Fish
  • 5 colheres de sopa de azeite
  • 6 batatas cozidas, em cubos pequenos
  • 1 colher de chá de sal
  • 2 cebolas fatiadas
  • 3 dentes de alho amassados
  • 1 lata de creme de leite
  • 4 colheres de sopa de queijo parmesão ralado

Modo de preparo:

Em uma frigideira grande, aqueça 3 colheres (sopa) de azeite e coloque as batatas. Acrescente o sal e mexa até dourar, com cuidado para não desmanchar as batatas. Reserve. Em outra panela, aqueça o azeite restante e refogue a cebola e o alho por cerca de 5 minutos. Acrescente a migas de polaca e cozinhe com a panela tampada por cerca de 5 minutos. Adicione meia lata do creme de leite e despeje em um recipiente refratário (19 x 20 cm) untado com azeite. Disponha as batatas reservadas, o restante do Creme de Leite e o queijo parmesão. Leve ao forno médio (180°C), preaquecido, por cerca de 30 minutos ou até gratinar. Sirva.
