  • 1 pacote (800g) de filé de Panga Golden Fish
  • 2 tomates
  • 2 cebolas
  • Azeitonas verdes
  • 1/2 pimentão amarelo
  • 6 batatas médias
  • azeite de oliva
  • Suco de 2 limões
  • sal e pimenta-do-reino à gosto
  • 1 caldo de camarão

Modo de preparo:

Corte as cebolas, tomates e batatas em rodelas e o pimentão em tirinhas. Forre uma travessa com as cebolas e algumas rodelas de tomate e coloque por cima os filés. Esfarele o caldo de camarão por cima do peixe. Em seguida, coloque o restante do tomate, as batatas, o pimentão e as azeitonas. Regue com azeite de oliva. Cubra bem a travessa com o papel alumínio e leve ao forno médio para cozinhar. Após cerca de 25 minutos, retire o papel alumínio e aumente o fogo para dourar.
